1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WaitQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

WaitQ is an appointment management platform that automatically fills cancelled appointment slots using a waiting list system. The Service includes appointment scheduling, waiting list management, email notifications, analytics, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account per subscription.

4. Subscription Plans

WaitQ offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Starter: 1 team member, unlimited appointments and treatment plans, email notifications, and standard support.
  • Professional: Up to 4 team members, all Starter features plus analytics dashboard, custom branding, and priority support.
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing with unlimited team members, multi-location support, API access, and dedicated account manager.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly, depending on your chosen billing cycle.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

8. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into WaitQ. We do not claim ownership of your client data, appointment records, or any other content you create using our Service. You may export your data at any time.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaitQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide you with an opportunity to export your data before deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgium.
